[China Automobile Dealers Association: Passenger Car End-User Sales in July Expected to Reach Around 1.9 Million Units]

[China Automobile Dealers Association: Passenger Car End-User Sales in July Expected to Reach Around 1.9 Million Units]A survey released by the Industry Coordination Department of the China Automobile Dealers Association on July 18 indicated weakened overall market demand in July, with demand and purchase growth primarily driven by summer road trips. Automakers and dealers may slow down production and sales activities to some extent in July, reducing sales promotions due to insufficient consumer purchasing motivation. Additionally, hot and rainy weather in July has impacted in-store car purchases. Consequently, July sales are projected to decline compared to June. Considering these factors and analyzing June sales data alongside dealer growth rates in the first half of July, full-month passenger car end-user sales for July are estimated at around 1.9 million units.
